Account and sign-in

I can’t sign in

Check that you are using the same sign-in method you used when registering. If the problem continues, email support with the error message and your device’s iOS version.

How do I delete my account?

Open your profile in the app, then choose Settings → Account → Delete account and confirm. The in-app flow removes your Firebase account and associated data when it completes.

Safety and content

Read the Community Guidelines before posting. If content appears to violate them, use the in-app report control when it is available. For an urgent support issue, contact us by email. Redemption is not an emergency or crisis service.

Our Privacy Policy explains the profile, account and community information used by the app. For a privacy question, deletion request or data-access request, contact support.
