Delete your account

Delete your Redemption account directly in the iPhone app. No email request is required.

1. Open your profile and tap Settings.
2. Open Account, then choose Delete account.
3. Confirm the permanent deletion. Your Firebase account and profile are deleted immediately after the operation completes.

Your posts and their comments are removed. Comments you made on other people’s posts are kept only as anonymized “Deleted user” content so those conversations remain coherent. Limited protected backups or information required by law may be retained for a limited period. See the Privacy Policy for details.

If the app cannot complete the deletion, contact Support and include the error message—never send your password.
