Terms of Use
Effective date: August 21, 2026
By using Redemption, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy and Community Guidelines.
1. The service
Redemption is a social space for personal reflection and community conversation. We may modify, suspend or discontinue parts of the service as we develop it.
2. Your account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your sign-in credentials and for activity on your account. Provide accurate account information and do not impersonate another person, create accounts to evade restrictions, or use another person’s account without permission.
3. Your content
You retain ownership of the content you post. You give Redemption a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to host, store, reproduce, adapt for technical delivery, display and distribute that content only as necessary to operate, improve and promote the service. You confirm that you have the rights needed to share your content and that it does not violate these Terms or anyone else’s rights.
4. Acceptable use
You must follow the Community Guidelines. Do not post illegal, abusive, hateful, threatening, sexually explicit, deceptive, privacy-invasive, infringing or otherwise harmful content. Do not harass, bully, threaten, exploit or target other people. Do not use Redemption to facilitate wrongdoing or to collect information about others without permission.
5. Moderation
We may review, remove, limit or preserve content; restrict features; suspend accounts; or take other action when we reasonably believe content or conduct violates these Terms, the Community Guidelines, law or the safety of the service. Moderation does not mean we endorse or guarantee the accuracy, safety or appropriateness of user content.
6. Not professional advice
Redemption is not therapy, medical care, crisis support, legal advice or an emergency service. If you or someone else may be in immediate danger, contact local emergency services. For mental-health support, contact a qualified professional or an appropriate local crisis resource.
7. Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that it will always be secure, available, error-free or suitable for every purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Redemption is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.
8. Contact and changes
We may revise these Terms and will update the effective date when we do. Questions can be sent to redemption.app.support@gmail.com.
